These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TTBox Community (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
TTBox Community is an online community for sharing, discovering, previewing and downloading creative assets related to Tesla vehicle customization, including light shows, wraps and lock sounds.
- Community credits are separate from TTBox App Plus / Pro. Community paid subscriptions and credit purchases are currently unavailable; no subscription or future credit-pack benefits are offered here.
- Voluntary tips use the PayPal link shown on the site. Confirm the amount and payment details on PayPal. Opening the link or recording an intent does not confirm a payment. Tips do not award download credits, unlock downloads or affect download access.
We are an independent operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla names and marks are used only to describe compatibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally at least 18, or the age of majority). You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, illegal activity, or risk to the Service or other users.
4. Credits, downloads and voluntary tips
Browsing and previews are free. Official downloads spend the credits shown on the page; downloading the same work again is free. Credits may come from the currently published registration/login rewards, creator shares and administrator gifts. They are used only on this site and cannot be transferred to a personal financial account. Public previews can be saved in the browser; download credits do not make previews copy-protected.
Tips are voluntary support, independent of downloads and credits. They do not purchase subscriptions, App benefits or credits. For a payment issue, contact [email protected] with the necessary transaction reference and a description; do not send full card details. Payment handling and related requests are also subject to PayPal's own rules and applicable law.
5. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
Downloaded assets are licensed for your personal use with compatible software/hardware as described in the Service. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly re-upload assets obtained from the Service except as expressly allowed by the uploader’s license notice (if any) or by us in writing.
6. User content (UGC)
6.1 Your responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate and promote the Service (including encoding, thumbnails, and CDN delivery).
You represent and warrant that:
- You have all rights needed to upload and license the content
- Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Content is not illegal, pornographic, hateful, or malware
- Light-show uploads must not include music or other copyrighted audio unless you have clear rights to distribute that audio through the Service
- Lock sounds and any audio must be original, licensed, or otherwise cleared; do not upload commercial music tracks you do not own or have licensed for this use
6.2 Moderation
Successful uploads publish immediately without prior human review. Users can report content through the community website for administrators to handle. Content management notices and reasons appear in your account. We may remove, refuse, or disable content or accounts at our discretion for policy, legal, or safety reasons.
6.3 Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a copyright report through the community website, or email [email protected] with:
- Identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (URL)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may remove or disable access to material and, where appropriate, notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may lose access.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Scrape, attack, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or disrupt the Service
- Bypass paywalls, download limits, or access controls
- Upload infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Tesla or any brand
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
8. Third-party services
Login providers, hosting, email, and payment partners are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies beyond our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that downloads will work on every vehicle/software version or that content is error-free.
Vehicle lighting and audio features may be subject to local traffic and safety laws; you use downloaded content at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted to the extent needed for archival/legal compliance, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived. Courts in Guangzhou, Guangdong, PRC shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
