This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Service. The Service is a community site for browsing, uploading, and downloading Tesla-related creative assets (such as light shows, wraps, and lock sounds) and credit-based downloads. Community subscriptions and credit purchases are currently unavailable. It is separate from the TTBox mobile/desktop app in-app purchases (App Plus / Pro).
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account details (e.g. email address, display name, profile information)
- Content you upload (files, titles, covers, descriptions) and related metadata
- Messages you send to us (support requests)
- Reports and feedback: account association, work ID, category, subject, description, handler, outcome and timestamps. Reports are private to administrators and retained as needed for disputes and compliance.
- Preferences (e.g. language)
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Session information such as IP address and browser details, and access/error logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service
- Cookies used for session, authentication, security and language preferences
1.3 Voluntary tips
Tips are confirmed and processed on PayPal. The site may record your account and tip intent; an intent does not confirm payment. Tips do not award download credits, unlock downloads or affect download access. You may provide a transaction reference when asking about a payment. We do not store full card numbers. PayPal processes payment data under its own policies.
App Store / Google Play purchases for App Plus / Pro are handled by those platforms and are separate from community credits.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service (accounts, publishing, report handling, previews, uploads, downloads and credit accounting)
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Check tip-related questions and necessary transaction references
- Communicate about the Service (transactional emails, policy updates, support)
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, preventing abuse); consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies/marketing); and legal obligation.
4. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers used for configured hosting, storage, login and email features, with the information needed for each feature. Configured Resend email delivery receives the recipient and necessary verification or password-reset message content.
- PayPal, when you follow its tip link and provide information on its payment page
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Successor entities in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required)
We do not sell your personal information.
5. User-generated content
Content you choose to publish (e.g. public gallery listings) may be visible to other users and to the public. Do not upload personal data you do not want public. See also our Terms regarding copyright and prohibited content.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than where you live (including outside China and the EEA). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain personal information as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where legally required or for legitimate security/fraud prevention.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or withdraw consent. To delete your account, open Profile → Account → Delete community account in the app or visit the [account deletion page](/account/delete) from your community account. Confirmation removes your account, sessions, credits, works, download history, reports and cloud purchase bindings. Associated files are cleaned up in the background with automatic retries. Copies already downloaded by other people cannot be recalled; local projects and store purchases are not deleted. Account deletion does not cancel Apple, Google Play or PayPal subscriptions; manage them with the original provider. To exercise other rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.
10. Children
Users must meet the account eligibility requirements in our Terms. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, security and language preferences. Analytics cookies and advertising tracking are not currently offered; any new non-essential use will be explained separately. You can control cookies via browser settings; disabling some cookies may break login or core features.
12. Third-party links and Tesla trademark
The Service may link to third-party sites or apps. Their privacy practices are their own. “Tesla” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
